• You consent to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all related rules

2. Account Registration

A. For B2C Customers

Customers must provide accurate information such as:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Email

• Payment details

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

B. For B2B Partners

Partners must provide:

• Valid NID

• Trade license

• Business address

• Accurate contact information

We reserve the right to approve or reject partner accounts.

3. Partner Credit Line & Deposits (B2B Only)

• Partners must deposit a required amount to activate their credit line

• Bookings can only be made from available credit balance

• Partner commission is automatically deducted from the payable amount

• If credit balance is insufficient, bookings cannot be completed

• Deposits are non-transferable to other accounts

4. Booking Terms

By booking through our platform:

• You agree to the price, terms, and availability shown

• You are responsible for reviewing cabin details and rules

• You must follow cruise/tour company policies

• Payment must be completed as required

We are not responsible for:

• Delays

• Schedule changes

• Weather-related disruptions

• Third-party service provider actions

5. Payments

We accept:

• Bank deposit

• bKash

• Nagad

All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if:

• Payment is incomplete

• Fraud or misuse is suspected

• Required documents are not provided

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on:

• Cruise/tour operator policies

• Booking type

• Timing of cancellation

Refunds may not apply in all cases.

A full Refund Policy page can be provided separately if you want.

7. Partner Account Closure & Balance Withdrawal (B2B Only)

Partners may request account closure at any time.

• Remaining balance will be refunded after verification

• Verification requires NID and account ownership confirmation

• Refund will be returned using the original deposit method

• Commissions already earned cannot be reversed

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for:

• Fraud

• Misuse

• False information

• Violation of these Terms

8. Website Use & Restrictions

Users may not:

• Use the site for illegal activities

• Attempt to hack or damage the website

• Create fake accounts

• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without permission

• Copy or resell our content without approval

Violation may result in account suspension.

9. Content Ownership

All materials on m4rdtours.com, including:

• Text

• Images

• Logos

• Graphics

• System design

are the property of M4RD Ecotourism & Tours and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Third-Party Services

We provide booking services for third-party cruise/tour operators.
We are not responsible for:

• Their service quality

• Delays

• Changes in schedule

• Facilities provided

• Policies or rules

Your contract is partly with the service provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

M4RD Ecotourism & Tours is not liable for:

• Losses caused by natural events, weather, or accidents

• Errors made by third-party service providers

• Loss of data due to technical issues

• Damages caused by user negligence

• Unauthorized access due to weak passwords

You use the website at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the website.
Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
